Graduation Report Page

The Graduation Report page displays a list of all the aims and the advisee's progress in meeting those aims.  The Grad Report is used to display a student’s progress toward meeting graduation requirements. 

The top portion of the page defines the general aims and aim details including:

• Requirement
• Description
• Hours Needed
• Hours Earned
• Hours in Progress
• Count Needed
• Actual Count 
• Quality Points
• GPA
• Status

The Requirements Detail Section displays a list of the courses that have been taken in order to satisfy each requirement as well as pending requirements.  

The Requirements Detail Section also displays the details for each aim including:

• Requirement
• Course
• Title
• Hours Needed
• Hours Earned
• Count Needed
• Actual Count
• Status
• Grade
