Logon Failure

The following can prevent a successful login:

• Entering the wrong User ID or PIN (Personal Identification Number)
• If the Invalid Login Count has been exceeded
• If you are a faculty member, your name might be missing from the school's Faculty Master table.  Contact the System Administrator.
