Health Page

The Health page displays information pertaining to your health insurance and your emergency contacts. The following information is displayed for health insurance:

• Group Number
• Policy Number
• Insurance Company Name

The following information is displayed for emergency contacts:

• First Name
• Middle Name
• Last Name
• Home Phone
• Work Phone
• Mobile Phone
• Comment

Click the Add or Update Insurance Information button to add or update this information

Click the Update link if you wish to change information for that emergency contact. Click the Add New Contact button if you wish to add a new emergency contact.

NOTE:  The insurance and emergency contact information changes that you make will not appear immediately. The Student Life office will review the changes before updating your information.
